I’m a bilingual Certified Professional Diversity Coach from CoachDiversity Institute in Washington, D.C. specialized in anti-bias education in early childhood setting.
I work with educational institutions in Germany and the US, and offer group workshops and individual coaching for early childhood professionals.
My work is routed in genuine appreciation of the individual teacher and deep understanding of psychological barriers regarding truly inclusive practices.
I am providing non-judgmental and confidential space for reflection, thus facilitating (un)learning and bringing about the personal empowerment needed to implement culturally sensitive practices.
